You heard right!  We are a direct-pay clinic, which means we are not contracted with any insurance company and payment is due at the time of your service.  This is to your benefit as a patient, since this model allows us the freedom to offer the care you need, without restrictions on time spent, number of sessions scheduled, or types of treatment performed.  Our time is freed up for top-tier assessment and intervention at every visit.  Evaluations are $200 and follow up visits are $150.  Each appointment will be approximately 55 minutes in length.  At Cornerstone Pelvic Therapy, we believe in cost transparency and your right to shop for high quality, cost-effective services. We will be happy to provide you with a “Good Faith Estimate” of our costs upon request or upon scheduling.

You do not need a doctor's referral or insurance authorization to schedule an appointment.  Physical therapists are direct access providers and can see a patient without a doctor's referral.  However, if you have a doctor's referral, Dr. DeVoy will work alongside your referring physician to provide the best care and she can communicate with him or her about your progress.

You may have out-of-network benefits through your insurance plan and our clinic can create an itemized receipt (superbill) after your treatment session.  You can then submit that to your insurance for possible reimbursement.  You will need to contact your insurance company to see if this is an option for you. I cannot guarantee reimbursement.
